How are you different than Real Estate Agents?
Real Estate agents will provide you a service to sell your home, which is different than what we do. We are the buyer, not an agent helping you find another buyer. We use real estate lawyers and everything is perfectly legal. Selling to us directly instead of through an agent, saves you the fees you would otherwise pay an agent.
Are there Fees or Commissions to work with you?
There are no fees or commissions when you work with us. We are just a private buyer. The lawyers make sure all I's are dotted and T's crossed and handle the transfer of money through Escrow. We make our money after we complete repairs and either sell or rent the property. Once you are paid, you no longer have any responsibility of the property.
How do you decide the value of my house?
